CANCELLATIONS: To ensure your preferred appointment times and to allow our therapists to prepare an individualized experience for you, spa services are guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking. A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours, or if there is a no-show the day of the appointment, BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE WAS RESERVED FOR YOU, you will be charged the full value of the scheduled appointment which will be posted to the credit card under which the appointment was booked. Spa packages, parties & multiple service bookings require a 48 hour notice for all cancellations/rescheduling.
We invite you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa appointment to utilize the facilities, or just relax and prepare for your treatment. As a courtesy to the next guest, treatments will end on time regardless of whether they began late due to tardy arrival.
In order to provide a peaceful spa experience, we do not permit pagers, cell phones or smoking anywhere in Rigenerante Day Spa. Guests must be at least 13 years old, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please make outside arrangements for childcare during all spa services. Rigenerante Day Spa and/or its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Pregnancy Safety Policy
For your safety, please note that no body treatments will be performed during pregnancy. Aromatherapy oils will not be used in the prenatal massage. We advise you to seek the consent of your doctor prior to receiving any spa treatments.
How do we protect your personally identifying information?
We protect personally identifying information both online and offline. Online, account information is protected by the leading industry standard method of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. All credit card information is encoded and protected using multiple layers of network security, including firewall protection. Offline, personally identifying information is also protected in our offices. Our employees are well informed about our privacy practices, and access to customer information is restricted to what is necessary to perform their specific tasks. Moreover we notify our employees of any changes to our Privacy Statement and corresponding requirements, and we possess policies and procedures to handle privacy complaints and security threats or breaches.
